Ich liebe es hier meine Nägel machen zu lassen. Die Hygiene ist hervorragend, nicht annähernd vergleichbar mit anderen... Salons im Umkreis. Man fühlt sich nicht nur sicher, sondern merkt dass man wirklich sicher ist! Abgesehen davon ist die Stimmung und Atmosphäre sehr entspannt und familiär, niemals würde ich zu einem anderen Salon mehr gehen! I walked in and Natasha helped... me pick my color (I told her I was indecisive and she helped me decide right away and I love the color!! Totally out of my comfort zone with this color, but I love it!!! Desi was so sweet and did AMAZING on my pedicure and manicure. It was so relaxing and she took her time and it looks wonderful!!! I have officially found my place while I am here!!! �� also, to my girly girls that have husbands and can’t decorate their houses all girly girl, GO HERE. Everything is pink and girly and amazing. Ich kam ohne Termin in den Laden, wurde freundlich empfangen, jedoch gleich darauf hingewiesen, dass „wir“ uns beeilen... müssen und wir keinen French Verlauf deswegen machen können. Ok, kein Problem.( Ich bin es gewöhnt meine Nägel innerhalb einer Stunde gemacht zu bekommen). Ich saß dann zu meiner Verwunderung 2,5 Std. im Studio. Leider ist die Qualität meiner Nägel bei genauer Betrachtung nicht gut 🙁 das French ist nicht sauber und die Nägel sind auch etwas schief hier und da...das, nach 2,5 std im Studio, habe ich nicht erwartet.read more

After reading several reviews on nail salons in the area I chose to try American Nail Spa, and I’m elated that I did -... what a wonderful and professional experience it was! Natascha and her amazing staff were very welcoming and friendly, the selection of colors was unbelievable and the Gel Polish manicure was absolutely perfect. I had damaged nails from years of substandard manicures at other salons and Natascha gave me hope and advice and the most professional treatment I have ever had, both in the US and in Europe. The salon is immaculate, with a wonderful color scheme and a very familiar feel. Natascha is funny, articulate, caring and a highly skilled professional, as is her staff. I have been coming back for months now and love my regular appointments. I can highly recommend this spa!read more

I have now been twice to the American Nail Spa and booked in again. The first time, I accidentally booked the wrong... thing, my fault. But Natascha still did all she could to make me happy and help my nails look up to par! I came back (with the correct booking) and I could not be happier. Not only do my nails look fab but this has been the first nail salon that I have been to where the time passes quickly! I was able to have a great conversation, laugh, and speak with a real individual for What seemed like only 30 min! Natascha is not only adept as a nail technician, she was very helpful, answering any questions about German culture, where to shop, etc. Their communication is fantastic with online booking, text alerts and reminder emails. They are easy to reach if you need to change or reschedule an appointment. A five star salon!read more

I have mixed reviews. I made an appt. online for polygel. Went into my appt sat down to have them done and it took... basically 3hrs. Spent 40€ on their summer special offer, then tipped 7€ and the next day they lifted. I went on a weekend retreat and they were snapping at the tip one by one. They offered a complimentary manicure. I wanted nails on. I was told because of my pregnancy even getting acrylic nails will do the same. So they didn't do acrylic to even out the cost. I hate how my hands look because my nails just don't grow right. I've been getting nails done for nearly 20yrs. Pregnant or not. I wasted nearly 50€ to have them just come off and the only solution was a manicure which cost 1/2 of that as their fix. I was very upset. Positive note, I was pleased with the pedicure. Being pregnant I really can't manage my toes and they were done and they turned out great. Then I had pregnancy brain. I had 40€ and the Pedi was 33€ and she said here's your change and I said no, keep it. Then talked a minute and then I handed 5€ to the tech. So 12€ tip. Silly me.read more

I got 1-on-1 single lashes with Lynn on Aug 15. The appointment went seemingly well, which is why I was disappointed... when by Aug 20 (just 5 days after lash application), I only had 3 lashes remaining on each eye! I followed all aftercare instructions closely and even shelled out an additional 25 Euro for the special eyelash wash - they still didn't last, and should have for several weeks! This was my first time getting eyelash application and it was for my sister's wedding on Aug 20. The bridesmaids and I all received professional makeup application (elsewhere) and I had to get false strip lashes applied like everyone else. The makeup artist recommended I say something, as the 1-on-1 lashes should have lasted much longer. Needless to say, I won't be getting this service again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.read more

I love this place! Natascha is not only an amazing, miracle worker, artist with her eyelash extensions, but she's so... great to talk to! I wish I could come back to Germany every time I needed to get my eyelashes done, once I pcs. I had my first manicure in YEARS with Natalja, and she didn't judge my stubby nails, and even offered advice on how to stop biting my nails. Her foot and hand massages are amazing too � From eyelash extensions to manis, everything is such a relaxing experience in their beautiful pink place. This is the best nail experience I have had either overseas or in the states and I would gladly recommend her to anyone. However, I've recently discovered American Nail Spa and have been there twice now. The first time I received a pedicure by Felix. It was AMAZING <3 I've already scheduled another one for when I return from vacation!! He was SO attentive! Last night I received a BEAUTIFUL set of gels with French tips by Natascha (I hope I spelled your name right) and let me just say she is FABULOUS! I had such a great time with her.
